摘　　要：文章结合山秀水电站工程建设施工管理实践,对施工过程中遇到的风险进行了分析,提出了规避和防范风险的对策,以期为工程项目施工管理提供借鉴。Based on the construction management of Shanxiu Hydropower Station Engineering, the article analyzes the risks that may occur in construction engineering, and proposes the countermeasures for avoiding and preventing from these risks, for the reference of similar construction engineering projects＇ management.
