摘　　要：提出采用截面法来分析冲压零件的回弹特征,并编制了程序,定量分析典型回弹截面整体和局部的平动与转动分量。针对典型的弧形高强度钢零件,应用截面法针对实验和仿真结果分析典型截面的回弹特征,得出弧形截面回弹运动参数的实验和仿真结果,对比验证了该方法的准确性和实用性。A program was developed to determine the deformation of characteristic section,the deformable movement included displacement and rotation,and this program divided characteristic section with several areas by convergence estimation.The paper studied on a part＇s springback with arched surface by experimental and simulation analyses,and the results verify validity of this model.
