摘  要:目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)和白细胞介素1(IL-1)对中枢神经发育的作用。方法50只小鼠注射不同浓度的TNF和IL-1后,饲养1周或1月行胆碱酯酶染色,观察海马结构内AchE阳性纤维的变化。结果海马结构内含有大量的AchE阳性纤维。IL-1组和TNF低浓度组与对照组和TNF高浓度组相比差异有显著性。结论低浓度TNF和IL-1对海马结构AchE纤维的发育有调节作用。Objective The present research studied the effects of TNF (tumor necrosis factor) and IL 1(interleukin 1) on the development of central nerve system.Method Using Acetycholinesterase(AchE) histochemical method,the density of AchE positive fibers in fifty mice hippocampus was investigated after injection of TNF and IL 1.Result There were abundant AchE positive fibers in the hippocamus.The density of AchE positive fibers in the hippocampus,after TNF and IL 1 injection,was different depending on the dose of TNF.Conclusion TNF and IL 1 had regulative role in the development of AchE positive fibers in hippocampus.
