TNF和IL-1对海马AchE阳性纤维发育的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ）和白细胞介素１（ＩＬ－１）对中枢神经发育的作用。方法５０只小鼠注射不同浓度的ＴＮＦ和ＩＬ－１后，饲养１周或１月行胆碱酯酶染色，观察海马结构内ＡｃｈＥ阳性纤维的变化。结果海马结构内含有大量的ＡｃｈＥ阳性纤维。ＩＬ－１组和ＴＮＦ低浓度组与对照组和ＴＮＦ高浓度组相比差异有显著性。结论低浓度ＴＮＦ和ＩＬ－１对海马结构ＡｃｈＥ纤维的发育有调节作用。Objective The present research studied the effects of TNF (tumor necrosis factor) and IL 1(interleukin 1) on the development of central nerve system.Method Using Acetycholinesterase(AchE) histochemical method,the density of AchE positive fibers in fifty mice hippocampus was investigated after injection of TNF and IL 1.Result There were abundant AchE positive fibers in the hippocamus.The density of AchE positive fibers in the hippocampus,after TNF and IL 1 injection,was different depending on the dose of TNF.Conclusion TNF and IL 1 had regulative role in the development of AchE positive fibers in hippocampus.
