TNF和IL-1对室旁核神经元发育的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ）和白细胞介素１（ＩＬ－１）对室旁核神经元发育的影响。方法４０只出生后２４ｈ的小鼠颅内直接注射ＴＮＦ和ＩＬ－１，饲养至１周龄和１月龄时，用组织学方法观察室旁核神经元的形态特征、核团构筑及神经元分类情况。结果１周龄ＴＮＦ低浓度组和ＩＬ－１组室旁核区清晰，核区内大型神经元多，核周质内可见深紫色的尼氏体，１月龄时各组间无明显的区别。结论ＴＮＦ和ＩＬ－１能调节神经元发育。Objective In order to explore the efffects of TNF and IL 1 on periventricular nucleus.Method Using histological method,the morphology,architecture,types of neurons of periventricular nucleus were observed on 40 young rats when 1 week and 1 month after TNF and IL 1 were injected into cranium.Result one week after TNF was injected,the neurons got to gether and appeared violet,large typical neurons were much more than small neurons. one month after TNF and IL 1 was injected the morphology of periventricular nucleus was no change.Conclusion TNF and IL 1 could regulate the activity and promote the development of neurons,they also increased the numbers of neurons of periventricular nucleus.
