摘  要:分析了一种含高结晶水、高铝的澳洲铁矿(以下称F矿))的化学成分和粒度组成,测定了该矿的烧结基础特性,进行了配加不同比例该矿的烧结试验及烧结矿冶金性能测定,并就高Al2O3组分对高炉渣性能的影响进行了分析,从技术和经济上确定烧结配加该矿是可行的,其适宜比例为10%。The chemical composition and particle size of Australian iron ore with high content of crystal water and Al2O3 were analyzed, The basic sintering characteristics of the ore were determined, the sintering pot test and test of metallurgical properties of sinters with addition of different proportion of the iron ores were carried out, and the influence of iron ore with high A1203 content on blast furnace slag performance was analyzed, it is feasible that the iron ore was used in sintering in terms of technology and economy, the appropria teproportion is 10%.
