摘　　要：目的：了解２型糖尿病合并大血管并发症时的Ｌｐ（ａ）水平改变。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附法对正常人、２型糖尿病人以及２型糖尿病合并冠心病、大血管病变和微血管病变的Ｌｐ（ａ）水平进行了测定。结果：２型糖尿病组的Ｌｐ（ａ）水平明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０００１）。２型糠尿病的组间分析显示：合并冠心病组的Ｌｐ（ａ）水平高于２型糖尿病组、大血管和微血管病变组（Ｐ＜００５）；大血管病变组的Ｌｐ（ａ）水平高于２型糖尿病组（Ｐ＜００５），但与微血管病变组间无显著性差异（Ｐ＞００５）；微血管病变组和２型糖尿病组间无显著性差异（Ｐ＞００５）。结论：Ｌｐ（ａ）水平在２型糖尿病时已明显升高，在糖尿病合并冠心病和大血管并发症时升高更加突出。Objective:To investigate the changes of serum Lp(a) levels in Type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with macrovascular complications.Using ELISA, we tested serum Lp(a) levels of normal control subjects, Type 2 diabetics and those accompanied with CHD, macro and microvascular complications.Results:The serum Lp(a) levels in Type 2 diabetics were significantly higher than that of control subjects ( P <0.01). The results of different subgroups of Type 2 diabetics showed that the Lp(a) level in group with CHD was higher than those groups with no complications, including macrovascular and microvascular diseases ( P <0.05). The level of Lp(a) for diabetics with macrovascular abnormalities was higher than that of patients without complications ( P <0.05), but with no significant difference compared to the group with microvascular diseases ( P >0.05), the two groups (diabetics and those with microvascular abnormalities) didnt show any significant difference ( P >0.05).Conclusion:The serum Lp(a) levels are increased in Type 2 diabetes and more obviously higher in diabetes with CHD and macrovascular complications.
