摘 要:针对指挥、控制、通信与情报(command control communicationand intelligence,C^3I)系统在现代战争中的重要作用,利用概率论和防空作战运筹方法,描述了防空兵群C^3I系统可靠性对射击指挥效率的影响特点和评估指标,建立了基于C^3I系统可靠性和射击指挥方式的群抗击效率评估模型和射击指挥效率评估模型,结合实例计算分析了C^3I系统可靠性变化时对群抗击效率的影响。计算结果表明,C^3I系统可靠性对群射击指挥效率的影响与搜索雷达和火控雷达的发现目标概率有关,具有非线性和系统性等特点。With the fact that the C^3I (command control communication and intelligence) system plays a more and more important role in modern war, using the theory of probability and operational research's method of aerial defense, the paper describes the characteristics of the influence and evaluation guideline of the reliability of air defense group C^3I system's function on the air-defense command efficiency, and builds the group against-attack efficiency model and the air-defense command efficiency model which is based on the reliability of the C^3I system and the model of firing and commanding. With some examples, the paper calculates and analyzes the effects that the reliability's changes of C^3I system expose on against-attack efficiency. The result indicates that the influence of C^3I system's reliability on the group's fire command efficiency has something to do with the detection probability of search and fire control radar, and it has the character of nonlinear and systemic.
