摘 要:目的了解密云地区职业性噪声暴露人员的听力状况及防治措施。方法选择8h等效连续噪声暴露人员,运用横断面调查方法,由经过培训合格的人员进行问卷调查和纯音听力检查。结果排除非噪声致听力损失者91人,有效调查2127人,职业性噪声聋15人,占0.71%(15/2127),男13人,女2人。其中,轻度聋11人,占73.33%(11/15);中度聋4人,占26.67%(4/15);重度聋未检出。85%以上噪声性聋检出均为工龄长于5a的作业人员。结论密云地区职业性噪声暴露人员噪声性聋检出率较高,提示对职业性噪声暴露工人进行听力调查,有利于针对性采取健康管理措施,减少听力损失的发生、发展。[ Objective] To understand the hearing status of individuals with occupational noise exposure and their control measures in Miyun Area. [ Methods] The individuals, who were exposed to noise for continuous 8 hours, were selected. Cross-sectional survey was applied to perform questionnaire survey and pure tone audiometry on the selected ones by qualified personnel. [ Results ] Excluding 91 individuals with non-noise-induced hearing loss, totally 2127 were effectively investigated, 15 were detected occupational noise deaf, occupied 0. 71% ( 15/2127 ) , 13 of male, 2 of female. Among which, 11 with mild deafness accounted for 73.33% ( 11/15 ) ; 4 with moderate deafness accounted for 26.67% (4/15) ; no case of severe deafness was detected. 85% individuals with noise deafness had been worked for more than 5 years. [ Conclusion]The detection rate of noise deafness is relatively high in Miyun Area, which indicates carrying out hearing survey is benefit for adopting of targeted health management measures to reduce the occurrence and development of heating loss.
