摘　　要：AIDS的传播和流行对社会经济造成了严重的危害,对于HIV感染者/AIDS患者而言,在昂贵的药物之外,最不可忽视的还有"情感疗法"。加强对AIDS的管理、关怀和心理治疗将成为预防AIDS流行的主要措施,也是提高他们生存质量的重要手段。欧美各国针对HIV感染者/AIDS患者开展的社区支持计划始于上个世纪80年代末至90年代初,十多年来逐渐形成体系,关怀的范围已越来越广泛。非洲属HIV/AIDS重灾区,社区官方和非官方组织、个人、群体及各种专门机构纷纷参与社会支持活动,从精神上、物质上给予病人充分的人道主义支援。我国2003年制定了"四免一关怀"政策,动员全社会力量开展对HIV感染者/AIDS患者的关怀支持活动,并取得了重大进展。The transmission and epidemic situation of the HIV/AIDS has caused serious harm to the social economy. Considering to the financial burden of the HIV/AIDS patients, the ＂emotion cure method＂ cannot be neglected. Tightening up the management, the concern and the treatment to the infected individuals will be the most important measure in preventing AIDS, as well as the main way to improve the patients ＂life quality. Since the late 1980s to early 1990s, the community -based support and care program had been carried out in some western countries, it had formed a practical system to concern the infected individuals with more extensive range. frica is the heaviest disaster area of HIV/AIDS. The local government, NGO, individual, groups, special organs are joining the communitybased support and care program to give the infected individuals adequate humanitarian support from the spiritual and material. China formulated the ＂Four Frees and One Care＂ policy in 2003, to call upon the society to pay more concern to the HIV/ AIDS patients, and great progress has been made in preventing the AIDS.
