摘　　要：观察湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）对有芽胞厌氧菌（破伤风杆菌）、无芽胞厌氧菌（脆弱类杆菌、痤疮丙酸杆菌）和真菌（白色念珠菌）等的抗菌作用。将上述细菌分别接种在含MEBO的琼脂培养基上传代培养，观察MEBO对细菌的作用。实验结果MEBO使细菌的形态结构、培养特性等方面发生变异，并明显地影响细菌的生长繁殖速度和侵袭力。结果表明MEBO具有较强的广谱抗菌作用。To test the antibacterial effect of MEBO against anaerobic spore-bearing bacillus(Bacillus tetani), anaerobic non-spore-bearing bacillus (Bacteroides fragilis, propionibacterium ac-nes) and fungi (Candida albicans), etc. MEBO was applied respectively onto the culture media of thesebacteria. The results revealed that there were variations of morphological structure and cultural charac-ter of these bacteria and their proliferation rate and invasive power were also significantly reduced.These results provide evidence for the antibacterial effect of MEBO.
