苯磺酸氨氯地平与复方卡托普利治疗48例轻中度高血压的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较苯磺酸氨氯地平(Am)与复方卡托普利(Co)治疗原发性轻中度高血压的效果。方法:48例原发性轻中度高血压患者随机分为两组,Am组每日服用Am5 mg,Co组每日服用Co 1片,若治疗4周后仍未达到有效标准者,Am组、Co组从第5周起分别增加至10 mg和2片,疗程8周,比较治疗前及治疗后4、8周的总有效率以及治疗后2～8周两组舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)的变化,并观察不良反应。结果:两组治疗4、8周总有效率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后两组DBP及SBP均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),Am组治疗后2周DBP降低的差值和4周SBP降低的差值均明显大于Co组(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Am对原发性轻中度高血压疗效确切,不良反应轻,是一种理想的治疗高血压药物。Objective：To compare the antihypertensive effect of amlodipine benzenesulfonate（Am） and compound captopril（Co） on mild to moderate essential hypertension patients.Methods： 48 patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups： Am group to take Am 5 mg daily and Co group to take a piece of Co daily.Increasd the dose to 10 mg and two pieces from the fifth week in Am group and Co group respectively if patients could not achieve effective standards after 4 weeks of treatment.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.Compared the total effective rate before and 4,8 week after treatment and the changes of DBP,SBP after 2～8 weeks treatment in two groups.Adverse effects had been observed.Results：There was no statistics significance to the total effective rate in two groups after 4,8 weeks treatment（P〉0.05）;DBP and SBP were obviously dropped after two weeks treatment（P〈0.01）;D-values of DBP and SBP in Am group were obviously greater than that of Co group of which after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment respectively;The adverse effects had no statistics significance（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Am has definite effect on mild to moderate essential hypertension and light adverse effects.Am is an optimal means of treatment on hypertension.
