破血下瘀法治疗胸、腰椎压缩性骨折并发症32例

摘　　要：目的:观察运用中医药治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折伤后肠蠕动缓慢引起的腹胀、便秘等症状的效果。方法:对32例胸、腰椎压缩性骨折患者进行功能锻炼,口服破血下瘀中药。结果:32例在1～4 d均能恢复肠蠕动,腹胀、便秘症状解除,腰背部疼痛减轻。一般3～4周可下床活动。结论:破血下瘀法能逐瘀行滞,活血通经,能有效治疗压缩性骨折伤后血肿刺激出现的腹胀、便秘等症状。Objective： To investigate the effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine on abdominal fullness and constipation induced by vertebral compression fracture.Methods： 32 patients with vertebral compression fracture were given decoction of expelling blood stasis as well as functional exercises supports.Results： After 14 days,all patients regained normal intestinal motility,and bowel movements.Back pain and constipation were relieved in all cases.All patients can do activities under bed 34 weeks after the operation.Conclusion： From TCM aspect,expelling blood stasis therapy can activate accumulated blood and expedite blocked meridian,and showed good effects on abdominal fullness and constipation induced by vertebral compression fracture.
