微柱凝胶法检测不规则抗体的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:检查有输血史或妊娠史的患者血清(浆)中的不规则抗体,以减少或杜绝溶血性输血反应的发生。方法:用微柱凝胶法对693例标本进行不规则抗体筛选,用酶、抗球蛋白法进行鉴定,并观察不规则抗体检出的阳性率。结果:不规则抗体筛选阳性2例,阳性率为0.29%。结论:不规则抗体检查能有效地降低或避免溶血性反应的发生,保证输血的安全。Objective： To decline and eliminate the occurrence of hemolytic transfusion reaction by examining irregular antibody in serum of cases with transfusion history or pregnancy history.Methods： Employed irregular antibody screening on 693 samples with micro-column gel agglutination assay,and identified with enzyme and antiglobulin method to observe the positive rate.Results： 2 cases were screened out with positive rate as 0.29%.Conclusion： Irregular antibody test can decrease or avoid hemolytic transfusion reaction,and guarantee the security of transfusion.
