摘　　要：分析了高校学报缩短出版时滞的必要性以及影响出版时滞的因素,影响出版时滞的因素主要有收稿量、高校学报的综合性及办刊模式和审稿过程中存在的问题等,同时,阐述了《合肥工业大学学报(自然科学版)》为缩短出版时滞所采取的措施,以及为学报更好地发展仍需改进之处。The necessity of shortening publication delay and influencing factors of publication delay are analyzed.The factors include received quantity,comprehensiveness and running mode of journals of universities and problems of manuscripts reviewing.Meanwhile there are elaborations of some measures carried out to shorten publication delay and some improvement to better develop journals of universities.
