氨氯地平对糖尿病心脏植物神经病变临床疗效的初步研究

摘　　要：通过对糖尿病病人心率变异功率谱（powerspectralanalysis，PSA）定量分析，来评估氨氯地平（amlodipine）对心脏植物神经病变（cardiacautonomicneuropathy，CAN）的功能改善作用。经8个月的治疗，结果表明：氨氯地平对心脏植物神经病变的功能具有改善作用。长期血糖控制水平和神经病变病程可能对其疗效产生影响。氨氯地平不影响包括山梨醇旁路的糖代谢，其降压效应与改善神经功能无明显相关。The effect of amlodipine on cardiac autonomic neuropathy in diabetic patients was evaluatedthrough heart rate variation power spectral analysis(PSA). After 8 months of treatment, the results demenstrated that amlodipine had therapeutic effect on diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy. The long termcontrolled glucose metabolism and stage of neuropathy might affect its efficacy,whereas amlodipine did notinfluence glucose metaoblism including polyol pathway and its antihypertensive effect was not likely relatedto its improvement of nerve function.
