摘　　要：滚筒是带式输送机的重要部件,在分析了滚筒的设计思路、受力构造解析及应力分布的基础上,阐述了柔性滚筒的结构形式、设计制造及性能特点,对同类产品的设计制造有一定的帮助意义。The roller is an important component of the belt conveyor.Based on the statement of the design idea and the analysis of the structural,the force and the stress distribution,the characteristics of flexible rollers are indicated,which contribute to the design and the manufacture of similar products.
