摘　　要：通过模具热处理应力及变形的原因分析,提出相应的改善对策。正确选择模具材料,合理设计模具结构,改善预备热处理方法,优化热处理工艺等,以及采用热处理"反变形"法,校正模具的热处理变形。According to cause analysis of heat treatment stress and deformation,the corresponding improved measure is put forward.Correctly choose die ＆amp; mould materials,reasonably design die ＆amp; mould construction,improve the heat treatment method of preparation,optimize heat treatment technique and others,and use the heat treatment method of the anti-deformation for the checking their heat treatment deformation.
