摘  要:刚性罐道的动态测试是对其运行安全状态最为直接有效的评估方式,提出的测试系统通过在低速空载和高速重载2种工况下,测量提升容器的振动加速度、倾角和位移等动态参数,分析罐道的故障信息。系统硬件选型合理,软件功能完备,对刚性罐道检测维护有重要指导作用。The mine shaft steel guide dynamic test was the most direct and efficient evaluation method of its function safety state. The system introduced measured such dynamic parameters as vibration acceleration, obliquity and displacement of the conveyance in two kinds of hosting process ,the low speed with empty conveyance and high speed with full load. The fatigue failure information of steel guide could be analyzed through this method. This system had reasonable hardware setup combined with self-contained software design and played an important directive role to the maintenance work of the steel guide.
