摘　　要：针对宁夏宁煤集团太西洗煤厂设计的煤泥干燥系统,采用PLC和WinCC控制,包括就地和集中2种控制方式。实践表明,系统符合煤泥干燥的要求,解决了选煤厂的煤泥出路问题,使煤泥变废为宝,成为企业新的经济增长点,实现了煤泥全部回收利用,杜绝煤泥产品露天堆放的二次污染问题,环保效果显著。Aimed at the slime drying system based on S7-300PLC for Taixi Preparation Plant in Ningxia. This system was controlled by PLC and includes both local and centralized controls. The practice indicated that the slime drying system met the requirements and solved the problem of way out of the slime.h made slime become variable costs and became new economic growth point to the enterprises. Also it achieved a full recovery and utilization of slime and eliminated the secondary pollution problems about open-air-dump slime products, it had significant environmental effects.
