贺州市2005—2008年吸毒人群艾滋病哨点监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解贺州市吸毒人群艾滋病感染状况及高危行为状况变化趋势,评价该地区近年对吸毒人群的干预效果。方法采用SPSS11.5统计软件对2005—2008年贺州市吸毒人群艾滋病哨点监测数据进行统计分析。结果吸毒人群中艾滋病病毒抗体(HIV抗体)阳性率为33.66%,艾滋病感染率呈现逐年递减趋势(χ2=33.16,P<0.01);注射吸毒比例呈逐年下降趋势,且差异有统计学意义(χ2=18.54,P<0.01),注射吸毒且共用针具者与注射吸毒但不共用针具者艾滋病感染状况差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.46,P<0.01)。通过钱或毒品交易与他人发生过性行为的占30.16%,在这些性行为中每次均使用安全套的比例相当低,仅为16.80%,而从不使用安全套比例高达52.00%。结论该市吸毒人群中艾滋病流行严峻,近年来,该市开展了大量针对吸毒人群的宣传教育和行为干预工作,并且取得了一定成效,但仍须进一步加强,不断降低吸毒人群HIV感染率。[ Objective ] To understand the HIV infection and variation tendency of high - risk behavior among drug addicts in Hezhou, and evaluate the intervention effect on them in recent years. [ Methods] SPSS11.5 was adopted to analyze the sentinel sur- veillance data of AIDS among drug addicts in Hezhou City during 2005--2008 statistically. [ Results] The positive rate of HIV anti- body among drug users was 33.66%, HIV infection rate showed a decreasing trend annually （ X2 =33.16, P 〈0.01 }. The propor- tion of injection drug addicts also showed a decreasing trend annually, and the difference was significant（ x2 = 18.54,P 〈0.01 ）. The diflerence of HIV infection between drug addicts with syringes sharing and drug addicts without syringes sharing was significant （x2 = 17.46, P 〈 0.01 ）. 30.16% had ever had sex with others by trading with money or drug, only 16.80% of them used con- doms each time and the proportion as high as 52% had never used condoms. [ Conclusion] There is a grave situation of AIDS preva- lence among drug addicts in Hezhou. Although Hezhou had been carrying out many education and intervention programs targeting on drug addicts, and has achieved certain effects, these kinds of programs should be further strengthened to keep lowering the HIV in- fection rate among drug addicts.
