摘　　要：通过对东风汽车有限公司职业卫生"三位一体"管理模式的探索,提出了职业卫生"三位一体"管理模式的概念、内涵,阐述其运行机制,对其运行效果进行评价,对运行条件和有待继续深入研究的几个主要问题进行了讨论,最后就如何保障职业卫生"三位一体"管理模式良性运行提出建议。Through the exploration of the management model of occupational health in Dongfeng Motor Co. , Ltd, a concept and con- tent of Three-in-one Management Model was put forward in this paper. The operating mechanism was explained and the effect was al- so evaluated. In this paper, the operating condition of the model and some major issues which needed further study were discussed. In order to maintain the Three-in-one Management Model running well, some proposals were suggested Finally.
