摘　　要：目的：探讨脊椎结核的CT特征及发病特点。材料与方法：统计分析了96例经手术、病理及临床资料证实的脊椎结核的CT征像。结果：96例中，16例单椎体病变，80例多椎体病变。96例均有不同程度的骨质破坏，穿凿型44例，虫蚀型28例，碎裂型24例。骨质硬化58例。死骨形成81例。椎间盘破坏56例．谁套软组织肿块73例。结论；儿童脊椎结核以虫蚀型多见，中青年脊椎结核多为穿凿型，碎裂型多见于老年人脊椎结核。Purpose: To investigate CT characteristics and pathogenesis specialilies of vertebral tuberculosis. Materials and Metbods: The CT findings of 96 cases of vertebral tuberculosis comfirmed by operation, pathology and clinical data were statistical analyzed' Results: of 96 cases, single vertebra was involved in 16 casc, and multivertebra were involved in 80 cases. The CT findings of 96 cases of vertebral tuberculosis showed different degree of destruction of bone. Chised cut type 44 cases, and worm bite like tyPe 28 cases, and fragmentary tyPe 24 case' Osteosclerosis 58 cases- Sequestrum were formed in 81 cases. Intervertebral disk were destroyed in 56 cases. soft -tissue mass around vertebral were formed in 73 cases. Conclusion: The major CT findings of Vertebral tuberculosis in children showed worm bite like type, and in young and middle persons showed chised cut tapy, and in old showed fragmenlary type.
