摘 要:转膛炮依靠转膛体中的衬套前后移动与身管衬套尾端密闭火药气体,因此衬套与转膛体衬套孔之间应有一定径向间隙。该间隙部位的火药气体压力大小直接影响到转膛体的强度较核,从间隙流出的部分火药气体还影响到弹丸的初速。根据某转膛炮转膛体与衬套的实测径向间隙,应用气体动力学方程,分别计算出了衬套各个环形槽部位的火药气体压力,并对该部位的转膛体强度进行了校核,其应变计算值与射击时测试的应变值比较接近,为转膛体结构设计提供了理论依据。Revolving gun depends on bush in revolving body to move back and forth and barrel bush end to seal powder gas, therefore the position between bush and bush hole in revolving body should exist a certain radial clearance. The powder gas pressure in this clearance position has direct influence on strength check of revolving body, and partial powder gas outflowed from the clearance has influence on muzzle velocity of projectile. According to actual measured radial clearance between revolving body and bush of a certain kind of revolving gun, the powder gas pressure of various circular groove positions in bush were calculated respectively, and the strength of revolving body in this position was checked. The strain calculation value was close to the strain value measured during gun fire. This research result can provide theoretical foundation for structural design of revolving body.
