摘 要:随着经济的发展和生活水平的提高,人们的农产品消费观念已经从传统的单一性、繁琐性转向现代的多样性和快捷性,这就对农产品物流业提出了更高的要求,即必须给消费者提供更好的质量、更大的柔性、更多的选择、更高的价值和更低的服务价格。而供应链管理所强调的快速反应市场需求、战略管理、高柔性、低风险等优势,可以满足人们对农产品日益提高的要求。文中从生鲜农产品供应链管理的要求入手,在通过对中国生鲜农产品供应链管理现状的描述与分析后,在分析基础上提出了相关对策建议。With the economic development and improvement of living standards, people's consumption of agricultural products has changed from the traditional concept of unity, cumbersome nature towards a modern and fast nature of the diversity, which for agricultural products logistics industry, has raised higher demands on the need to provide consumers with better quality, greater flexibility, more choice, higher value and lower service prices. The supply chain management to emphasize quick response to market demand, strategic management, and high flexibility, low risk and other advantages, to meet people's increasing demand for agricultural products. Paper from fresh farm produce supply chain management requirements start with fresh agricultural products to China through the supply chain management, description and analysis of the status quo, based on the analysis of relevant countermeasures.
