摘　　要：从理论和实践层面,论述了高等农业教育可以通过改革办学模式和人才培养模式,创新农民培训方式,加强科技研发和推广,加强农业信息服务体系建设,支持农业合作经济组织的建设与发展,帮助农村繁荣文化事业和加强理论和实践问题研究等途径为农村提供人才支持、科技支撑、政策咨询和信息、文化服务,为社会主义新农村建设做出应有的贡献。From theory and practice two sides, expounds higher agricultural education can provide personnel support, scientific and technological support, policy advice and information, cultural services for village and make its due contributions to New Socialist Countryside building by reforming school system and personnel training mode, innovating the way of farmers training, strengthening the research and promotion of the building of agricultural information service, supporting the construction and economic organizations, helping to prosper culture in rural, strengthening the science and technology, strengthening development of agricultural cooperative study on theory and practice and so on ways
