摘　　要：蚕丝中富含的丝素蛋白以其特殊的生物学特性和良好的人体亲和性越来越受到人们的关注。本文主要阐述了丝素蛋白在骨组织修复、人工血管、微胶囊、人工皮肤、尿道缺损的修复、医用生物敷料等生物医学领域的应用研究进展。Silk fibroin in cocoon filament has received more and more attention due to its special biological characteristics and friendly bio-affinity to human body.In this paper,the research progress of the application of silk fibroin in biomedical field,such as bone scaffold repairing,artificial blood vessel,microcapsule,artificial skin,the repairing of urethral defect and biomedical dressing,has been discussed.
