浅谈融资证券化的危害及对我国经济的影响

摘　　要：由美国金融业引起的全球性金融危机不仅对美国本国的经济造成了很大的影响,同时对世界经济也产生巨大的冲击。本人用所学到的知识、听到的看法和观点、结合自己的想法和理解,对引起此次"金融海啸"直接导火索的融资证券化进行比较深入的分析,包括融资证券化的出现历史背景、融资证券化的运作方式和方法、跨世纪最完美创新金融工具破灭的原因、未来有可能实现的全球金融一体化模式等几个方面的内容。The global financial crisis triggered by Wall Street not only caused tremendous impact on the US economy, but also made a huge attack to the world economy. Based on my own knowledge, opinion and understanding to the crisis, as well as other people＇s points of view, this essay makes a deep analysis on the securitizing trade finance which really brought the ＂financial tsunami＂ to the boil. The essay includes the following aspects： the historical background when securitising trade finance appeared; how securitizing trade finance operates; the reasons why the perfect cross-century innovative financial instruments were extinct; and the future pattern of the possible global financial integration.
