摘　　要：民间组织在信用供给方面所具有的独特性质和优势决定了它具有信用供给偏好特征,并使它从组织的层面在弥补社会信用供给中"政府失灵"和"市场失灵"方面发挥着不可替代的基础性作用。政府应加以有效引导,社会应予以大力支持,建立一个良好的民间培育环境,保护民间组织信用供给偏好的积极性。In the area of credit supply, non-governmental organizations have the characteristic of preference because of their unique properties and advantages, which, in terms of organization level, play irreplaceable and basic roles in making up the ineffectiveness of the government and market in social credit supply.The government should effectively guide and the society strongly supports in order to build a perfect civilian cultivated environment and protect the activities of non-governmental organization credit supply.
