摘 要:润滑油糠醛精制是提高润滑油质量的主要方法,但是糠醛易于氧化而腐蚀设备,影响润滑油产品的质量。在糠醛中分别加入不同种类的自制酚类抗氧剂MB46、MB26和FB26,考察了其对糠醛的抗氧化性能,并与胺类抗氧剂对比。结果表明,在90℃下,MB46、FB26作为糠醛的抗氧剂具有很好的抗氧化性能;在常温下,FB26能够很显著地减缓糠醛的氧化,为保证润滑油糠醛精制中的糠醛质量提供了有效手段。同时,探讨了自制酚类抗氧剂的抗氧化机理。Furfural refining was the main method to improve the quality of lubricant. However, furfural was easily oxidized, resulting in corrosion of equipment and affecting the quality of lubricant product. Different self-made phenolic antioxidants were added into furfural to investigate their antioxidation performance to furfural under different conditions. The comparison between the antioxidation performances of self-made phenolic antioxidants and amine inhibitors was also carried out. The results showed that as the antioxidants of furfural, MB46 and FB26 had good antioxidation performance at 90℃, while at room temperature, FB26 was able to well slow down the oxidation of furfural, which provided an effective means of guaranteeing furfural quality in lubricant furfural refining. And the antioxidation mechanism of the phenolic antioxidants was also discussed.
