摘 要:采用双循环玻璃汽-液平衡釜测定了苯乙烯-环丁砜和邻二甲苯-环丁砜二元体系在15 kPa下的汽-液相平衡(VLE)数据。实验结果经Herrington面积法校验符合热力学一致性。分别用van Laar、Margules、Wilson、NRTL和UNIQUAC方程作为活度系数模型,对该实验数据进行了关联,采用Prausnitz推荐的极大似然估计,利用单纯形法回归得到了模型参数,并对关联结果进行了对比。结果表明,Wilson方程能较好地重现实验数据,拟合精度较高。采用基团贡献法计算得到邻二甲苯-苯乙烯体系平衡数据,以Wilson方程关联得到模型参数。利用得到的二元体系的模型参数,以多组分混合物Wilson方程进行计算,并与苯乙烯-邻二甲苯-环丁砜三元系实验值进行了对比,预测精度较高。The isobaric vapor-liquid equilibrium(VLE) data were measured for two binary systems of the styrene-sulfolane and the o-xylene-sulfolane at 15 kPa, by using a vapor liquid-recycled equilibrium still. Tests were made for isobaric thermodynamic consistency of the determined data by Herrington method. Experimental data were fitted to five two-parameter models namely, van Laar, Margules, Wilson, NRTL and UNIQUAC. The maximum likelihood principle and Nelder and Mead's simplex algorithm were applied to estimate the model parameters. The result showed that the Wilson equation was the most suitable one to represent experimental data satisfactorily. UNIFAC equation was used to calculate the VLE data of o-xylene-styrene system, parameters of Wilson equation was also estimated. The VLE data of ternary systems, calculated by obtained parameters, correspond to the experimental data of styrene-o-xylene-sulfolane ternary system.
