摘  要:以太原某热电厂粉煤灰为原料,采用碱熔融法,考察了碱度、晶化温度和晶化时间对合成Na-X沸石的影响.结果表明,在粉煤灰/NaOH为1∶1.2(摩尔比),熔融温度550℃,NaOH浓度为3.75mol/L(即加水40mL),晶化温度90℃,晶化时间6h的条件下合成纯度较高的Na-X沸石;粉煤灰通过碱熔融法合成的Na-X沸石质量明显优于传统水热法.Na-X zeolites were successfully synthesized using the coal fly ash from a ther- too-electric plant in Taiyuan by fusion method. The effects of treatment conditions, including NaOH concentration, operating temperature and hydrothermal reaction time, were investigated. The optimal synthetic conditions for Na-X were found to be as follows: ash/NaOH ratio is 1 : 1.2, fusion temperature is 550℃ ,NaOH concentration is 3.75 mol/L (addition of 40 mL H2O), reaction temperature is 90 ℃ and reaction time is 6 h. The synthesizing Na-X zeolite by fusion method has higher purity and better crystallinity than that by conventional hydrothermal method.
