摘　　要：为对锂离子电池生产制造过程中各特性参数进行测量分析,设计一种以CY68013A芯片为核心的测量系统。该系统可实现锂离子电池充放电多参数的实时测量和分析处理,对便携式电子设备的自动测试研究与应用具有一定的参考价值。In this paper, a measure system is established based on CY68013A to measure and analyze the characteristic parameters in the process of lithium-ion battery making. This measure system could measure and store several characteristic parameters of lithium-ion battery in the real time. Through the USB interface the measure system could communicate with computer and achieve the characters of lithium-ion battery. The measure system is useful for the research and application of auto-testing for portable electronic equipments.
