摘  要:目的对上饶市社区卫生服务工作和人力资源现状进行调查,以探讨目前上饶市社区卫生服务工作存在的问题,提出改进社区卫生工作和培养社区医师队伍的对策。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对上饶市9个社区内的居民和58个基层卫生院、社区卫生服务中心的人力资源状况进行调查。结果上饶市9个社区的515名居民中有210人得到了社区卫生服务,占40.8%。社区卫生服务人员数量缺乏,结构欠合理,全科医师尤其缺乏。结论政府部门应明确推进社区建设和发展社区卫生服务的重要性、必要性和紧迫性;建议调整人才培养方向,建立一支高素质的社区卫生服务队伍,加强和加快全科医师培养。Objective To study the issues in community health service (CHS) by investigating the status of CHS in Shangrao city and human resources, in order to put forth the countermeasures for improving CHS and training the contingent of community doctors. Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted on the conditions of CHS and human resources among the residents from 9 communities and staff from 58 township hospitals and CHS centers in Shangrao city. Result Among the 515 residents there were 210 who got the CHS, accounting for 40. 8%. The number was not enough and the construction was not reasonable of health service members. It was short of general practitioners. Conclusion The government should recognize the importance, necessity and urgency to speed up the community construction and CHS development. The orientation of cultivating talents needs to be regulated so as to cultivate a team of CHS with a higher quality, and to enhance and accelerate education of general practitioner.
