摘  要:主要研究减量处理后超细涤纶纤维染色性能,并与减量处理后普通涤纶纤维染色性能进行比较,以表观色深值为主要表征指标,研究减量处理对超细涤纶纤维染色性能的影响。实验表明:减量率、染色温度、染色时间等对超细涤纶纤维染色性能有着显著影响,选择适宜的减量率,通过正交分析法优化减量超细涤纶纤维染色工艺,通过实验数据分析得到最佳染色工艺为:减量率4%,分散玉红SLF2g/L,染色温度140℃,染色时间40min。Treated by alkali decrement, the dyeing property of super-fine polyester fiber was researched, and it was compared with ordinary polyester fiber. Apparent depth of color was used as main index to study dyeing property of the treated super-fine polyester fiber. It was showed that decrement rate, dyeing temperature and dyeing time have significant effect on dyeing property of the treated super-fine polyester fiber. After choosing optimal decrement rate, orthogonal analysis method has been used to determine optimum dyeing process which is: decrement rate 4 %, purse red disperse dye SLF 2 g/L, dyeing temperature 140℃ and dyeing time 40 min.
