摘 要:实验分析了丝素整理剂SP1的制备条件,SP1和聚醚氨基硅油的质量分数以及整理工艺条件对真丝绸抗皱增重整理的影响。确定了SP1最佳制备工艺及抗皱增重整理工艺条件。结果表明,该整理工艺对弹力双绉及电力纺织物的增重率可以达到10%以上,其中弹力双绉折皱回复角保持在240°左右,增重率在14%以上,耐水洗性、织物撕破强力保留率、柔软性、吸湿性、白度和染色性均较好;最佳工艺条件为:丝素整理剂SP13%,聚醚氨基硅油APEPS4%,催化剂0.4%,JFC1g/L,pH6,预烘80℃×120s,烘焙120℃×120s,固着剂配方为乙醇5g/L,SnCl20.8%。Analyzed each factor of finishing technique on the silk fabric, such as the preparation condition of fibroin, mass fraction of SPI and polyether-aminosilicone, as well as process condition of anti-wrinkle weighting finishing, the best anti-crease and weighting finishing process of silk fabric had been concluded . Results showed that due to this finishing technology, the weighting rate of elastic crepe de chine and silk fabric could got over 10%, the creasy recovery angle of elastic crepe de chine remained about 240° and weighting rate over 14%, resist washing ability, retention rate of tear strength, softness, hygroscopicity, whiteness and dye-ability were keep good standard. The best technology condition is: fibroin finishing agent SP1 3%, polyether-aminosilicone APEPS 4 %, catalyst 0.4%, JFC 1g/L, Ph 6, pre-heating 80° ×120 s, heating 120° ×120 s, ethanol 5 g/L and SnCl2 0.8 % for sticking agent.
