摘　　要：从实践层次论述了人与生态的和谐关系,指出了我国生态文明建设面临的问题,并提出了在"以人为本"视野中的生态文明建设方略。Discusses the practical level for the harmony between man and ecological relations.Pointed out the ecological problems facing civilization and to make the ＂people-oriented＂ vision of the strategy of ecological civilization.
