摘　　要：β受体阻断剂是心血管领域中的常用药物,其抗心肌缺血和抗心力衰竭作用无可争议。然而对β受体阻断剂的降压疗效及其长期使用对糖、脂代谢的影响却有研究提出质疑。目前依然有必要对β受体阻断剂在高血压治疗中的理论基础,以及其循证证据和临床适应证及治疗选择依据作全面的分析总结。β-receptor blockers are common used in cardiovascular diseases and they are alternative first-line choice in the treatment of myocardial ischaemia and heart failure. In recent years, results of large-scale clinical trials and metaanalyses have been questioned the efficacy of β-receptor blockers in antihypertensive therapy and its influence to glucose and lipid metabolism in long-term use. This paper reviews the theoretical foundation, evidence-based medicine, and clinic application of β-receptor blockers in antihypertensive therapy.
