摘　　要：以仪器设备验收为先导,以政府采购为主线,对相关主责部门进行整合,突出重心,化繁就简,调整结构,规范行为,建立全面适应政府采购模式的采购与验收流程。The article is about establishing a proper process to fully meet the mode of govermental purchasing in purchasing and accepting. The process acquires the related departments to simplify the program, adjust the team structure, regulate purchasres＇s behavior.
