摘　　要：采用西门子LOGO!通用逻辑控制模块和三肯变频器控制中心负压真空站两台水环式真空泵,LOGO!通用逻辑控制模块随时监测电机和变频器的运行状态,全自动控制真空泵的启动与停止,同时实现了电机的软启动,延长了真空泵的使用寿命,真正实现无人值守不间断运转,保证终端负压值:-0.04Mpa～-0.07Mpa。The general logical control module of Simens LOGO! and Sanken Frequency conversion controller were used to control two water-ring vacuum pumps of center negative pressure stand. The LOGO! general logical control module was employed to monitor the running status of the Electric motor and frequency changer and automatically control the vacuum pumps＇ start and the stop. As a result, the electric motor＇s soft start was realized to lengthen vacuum pump＇s service life. Then the unattended and uninterrupted revolution was achieved to ensure the that the terminal negative pressure was kept at -0.04Mpa ～-0.07 Mpa.
