摘　　要：综述了胶原蛋白改性的两类化学改性方法:交联改性和接枝改性。阐述了每一种改性方法的机理和优缺点,并且总结了两种改性方法的最新研究成果。In this paper,two chemical modifying methods for collagen protein were summarized, including cross-linking and graft-copolymerization modification, and the advantage and disadvantage？and modifying mechanisms were introduced. Also, the latest researches on the modification were illustrated. At last, the way and the future of modifying method for collagen protein were forecasted.
