摘　　要：介绍ＱＣＳ０４ＣＯ耐硫变换催化剂在山西化肥厂首次工业应用的情况。工业应用结果表明：ＱＣＳ０４催化剂能够适应负荷、压力、温度、水气比频繁波动的情况。该催化剂的活性和强度，尤其是经过再生后的活性和强度均能满足工艺条件的要求。Presents the first time industrial application of CO sulfur tolerant shift catalyst QCS 04 in Shanxi Chemical Fertilizer Plant The industrial application shows that QCS 04 can operate well under the frequent fluctuations of the load,pressure,temperature and water/gas ratio. The activity and strength of the catalyst,especially those after regeneration,can meet the requirement of process conditions
