宁夏中卫市居民慢性病相关危险因素调查

摘　　要：[目的]研究心脑血管疾病、糖尿病等慢性非传染性疾病相关行为危险因素在宁夏农村居民中的流行规律及其影响因素。[方法]采用多阶段随机抽样方法,抽取宁夏中卫市城区(原中卫县)的420名年龄在18～69岁的常住居民进行问卷调查。[结果]宁夏农村居民慢性病的行为危险因素流行率较高,其中吸烟率、饮酒率、苯丙类致癌物质及高钠食品摄入率、高脂摄入率、缺少体育运动率和超重率分别为31.19%,38.80%,8.30%,2.60%,95.00%和18.57%,调查对象自报高血压患病率为4.30%,自报高血脂患病率为2.10%。Logistic多元回归分析表明,行为危险因素有其存在的广泛性和相互强化。[结论]吸烟、不合理膳食、缺少体育运动以及高血压等危险因素普遍存在,且具有不同的人群分布特性和影响因素,必须及时采取针对性的干预措施、加强预防。[Objective] To study on the epidemic regularity and influence of behavioral risk factors related to chronic non-communicable diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases and diabetes. [Methods] 420 residents aged 18-69 years old were randomly sampled in Zhongwei rural areas, and questionnaires was used in this study. [Results] The prevalence ratio of behavioral risk factors among Ningxia rural residents was higher. The rates of cigarette smoking, alcohol drinking, carcinogen Benzedrine and rich sodium intake, rich fatty intake, lacking of physical activities and overweight were 31.19% , 38.80% , 8.30%, 2.60%, 95.00% and 18.57%, respectively. 4.30% and 2.10% of residents investigated respectively said that they had hypertension and hyperlipaemia. Logistic regression analysis showed that continued existence of risk factors could cause more incidences of chronic diseases. [Conclusion] Risk factors for chronic diseases, such as smoking, lacking of physical exercises and hypertension, were existing widely, and they had different distribution and influence effect among different groups. It’s urgent to prevent the spread of the chronic diseases by carrying out health education and adopting comprehensive interventions
