噪声对某石化企业工人的健康影响分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨噪声对作业工人健康的影响。[方法]选择某石化企业142名接噪工人作为暴露组,另选择某炼化企业122名非噪声作业人员作为对照组,对听力测定以及心电图、血压检查结果进行对照分析。[结果]暴露组听力损失率为30.3%,心电图异常率为20.4%,血压升高率为23.2%,均高于对照组(10.7%,11.5%,9.8%),两组资料经χ2检验,差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.12,P﹤0.01;χ2=8.34,P﹤0.01;χ2=3.85,P﹤0.05)。[结论]噪声对作业工人听力有明显损害,且随工龄的增加危害程度有加重的趋势;同时对心血管系统也有影响。[Objective] To explore the noise impact on the petrochemical enterprises workers. [Methods] 142 petro- chemical enterprises workers who expose to noise were selected as expose group, and 122 refining Enterprises workers who no expose to noise were selected as no expose group, and the hearing capability, blood test results and the electrocardiogram were compared between two groups. [Results] The hearing capability loose rate was 30.3% , the electrocardiogram abnormal rate was 20.4%, and the blood pressure rise rate was 23.2% in the expose group, and they were significantly high than those in no expose group （10.7% , 11.5% and 9.8% , respectively） , There was significantly difference between the two groups （ χ^2 = 15.12, P﹤0.01; χ^2 = =8.34, P﹤0.01; χ^2 = 3.85, P﹤0.05）. [Conclusion] The noise have obvious impair to the workers’ hearing capability, and the impair of hearing enhanced with the length of service; Moreover, the noise also have effect on the cardiovascular system.
