某农业院校2002～2007年新生入校体检结果分析与预防对策研究

摘　　要：[目的]通过对6年来新生入校健康体检资料的分析,探索大学生健康状况和患病规律,为保障大学生健康提出控制对策。[方法]对西北农林科技大学2002～2007年入学28934名新生体检资料进行分析。[结果]该校6年来各类疾病平均检出率从高到低依次为肝脏疾病(5.55%)、色觉异常(1.83%)、五官科疾病(0.99%)、外科疾病(0.31%)、心血管疾病(0.27%)、呼吸疾病(0.17%),疾病总检出率为9.15%,呈下降趋势。[结论]该校大学新生健康状况不容乐观,应引起高度关注,做好体检后的预防控制工作尤其是传染病的控制是高校卫生工作重点。[Objective] To analyze the data of 6 years matriculation medical examination, and explore the health status and the prevalence regularity, so as to provide control countermeasures to protect the health of college students. [Methods] The medical information of 28, 934 freshmen of 2002-2007 grade in the Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University of Science and Technology was analyzed detaily. [Results] The results show that the detection rates of various diseases in recent 6 years were as the following order were liver disease （5.55%）, abnormal color vision （1.83%）, the facial features of disease （0.99%）, surgical diseases （0.31%）, cardiovascular disease （0.27%） and respiratory diseases （0.17%） . The total diseases detection rate was 9.15%, and showed an decreased trend. [Conclusion] The health status of conclusion is freshmen in this university is not very good and should be paid attention to. The university health work should be focused on the Prevention and control measures after medical examination should be the key work for the health work in university, especially for infectious diseases.
