摘　　要：利用美国ＡＣＴ公司推出的Ｃ－ＭＯＬＤ软件，对富康轿车后车门杂物箱盖进行气辅成型ＣＡＥ分析，通过对几种方案进行分析比较，从中确定出一套最佳的工艺方案，通过改变浇口位置和适当增加筋厚，解决了该制件筋注不满，气体不能完全穿透分布于所设计的气道内等问题。C mold software developed by American ACT Co was applied to the analysis of gas assited injection molding of the product of the litter box of Fukang Car.The best process scheme was made by scheme comparing,and problems that rib did not inject full and gas did not inject full in the gas channel were solved,explaining the advantage of gas assited injection molding by examples.
