摘  要:介绍了液化石油气中(LPG)C_3和C_4组分的研究开发和工业应用技术的进展,重点阐述了C_3组分丙烷脱氢生产丙烯和丙烯聚合生产聚丙烯、C_4组分催化裂解制乙烯和丙烯及其ADW芳构化生产轻质芳烃的催化剂及工艺进展,并探讨了丙烯氧化生产丙烯酸、丙烯水合生产异丙醇、丙烯生产异丙苯和C_4生产高辛烷值汽油调合组分的化工利用情况。依据国外LPG综合利用现状,并针对我国现状,提出我国C_3和C_4烃类开发利用的建议。The research & development of technologies for the comprehensive utilization of C3s and C4s in LPG and commercialization are introduced. The development of catalysts and processes are highlighted for the production of propylene from dehydrogenation of propane in C3 s, production of polypropylene, production of ethylene and propylene from cracking reaction of C4s and light aromatics production from aromatization reac- tion. Their utilizations are studied such as acrylic acid production from propylene oxidization, isopropanol pro- duction from propylene hydration, isopropyl benzene production from propylene and production of high-octane gasoline blending components from C4s, etc. Recommendations for the technology development for C3s and C4s utilization are proposed based upon status-quo of LPG utilization in the foreign countries and specific LPG utilization conditions in China.
