摘  要:网络信息传播改变了传统的信息传播理念、传播思路和传播方式,从传播方式与技术角度推动信息传播向高质量、高效率发展。基于网络信息传播内涵阐释,全面分析了网络信息传播效果的内涵、层次和特征,指出网络信息传播效果是从认知到态度再到行动的一个效果累积、深化和扩大过程。在此基础上,构建了由认知层面、情感态度和行为层面所构成的网络信息传播效果评价模型。Internet information communication has changed the traditional ideas,thoughts and ways of information communication, promoted information towards high quality and high efficiency by improving the way and technology of communication. Based on the concept of internet information communication, the thesis intends to analyze the connotation.level and characteristic of internet information communication effect, and identify the process that the effects of internet information communication include the realization、the attitude and the action of the information that people received. There is a accumulated and expanded process among the three levels. So the evaluation model of the effects of internet information communication consists of three dimensions: the effects of the realization, the effects of the attitude, and the effects of the action.
