摘　　要：随着市场竞争的加剧,企业越来越重视对知识产权的管理。本文在知识转移的基础上,分析了知识产权中的知识转移活动,对知识产权的管理模式展开了深入的研究。With intense competition of the market,enterprises become paying more and more attention to the management of intellectual property rights.This article is on the base of knowledge transfer.It has analyzed the activities of knowledge transfer among intellectual property rights.Furthermore,this article has analyzed the intellectual property rights management mode and management mechanism.
