摘  要:研究了涤纶工业用丝的尺寸稳定性和力学松弛行为。通过测定两种不同线密度的涤纶工业用丝的结晶度、取向度、沸水收缩率、应力松弛和蠕变行为 ,发现定长热处理过程可以提高工业用丝的尺寸稳定性 ,而松弛热处理则不然。本文还探索了热处理对涤纶超分子结构的影响 ,并用之解释热处理对尺寸稳定性影响的原因。In this paper,Dimension stability and mechanical relax of polyester industry yarn were studied. By measuring crystallinity,orientation degree,boiling water shrinkage,stress relax and creep behavoir of polyester industry yarn which have two different linear density, the results showed that fixed length heat treatment could increase dimension stability of polyester industry yarn and heat- relaxing treatment couldn′t.In this paper,the effects of heat treatment on polyester super molecular structure were also studied and it was used to explain the reasons why heat treatment affected dimension stability.
