摘 要:本试验采用9种不同的坪床配比,对热带亚热带运动场常用品种百慕大T-419的生物量和根系分布特征进行了研究。结果表明,各处理的地上与地下生物量变化基本一致,中等含沙量的处理Ⅲ和Ⅶ的地上与地下生物量最高。不同处理的根系分布随土壤深度的增加而减少,集中分布于0~10cm土层,方差分析表明,0~10cm土层各处理间根系生物量差异显著,其中处理Ⅲ、Ⅵ和Ⅶ显著高于处理I和对照CK,10~20和20cm以下的生物量均无显著差异。地下总生物量与总根长相关系数为0.541(P〈0.05),与根系表面积、根系体积相关系数分别为0.651和0.615(P〈C0.01);根尖数与总根长、平均直径相关系数分别为0.500和0.695(P〈0.01)。This research used nine turf-bed compositions to analyze the biomass and root distribution characteristics of Bermuda T-419, a commonly used sports turf in the tropics and subtropics. Above and belowground biomasses of treatments showed similar changes, middle sediment treatments Ⅲand Ⅶ were highest in above and belowground biomass. Root biomasses of the different treatments were significantly reduced with soil depth, and distribution of roots was concentrated in the 0-10 cm layer. Variance analysis indicated significant differences in the 0-10 cm belowground biomass between treatments and that treatments Ⅲ, VI and Ⅶ were significantly higher than I and the CK. There were no significant differences in biomass in thel0-20 cm and below 20 cm soil layers. The correlation coefficient between belowground biomass and total root length was 0. 541 (P〈0.05), between belowground biomass and root surface-area with root volume it was 0. 651 and 0. 615 respectively (P〈0.01) 0. 500 and 0. 695 respectively , and between root number and total root length, with average diameters it was (P〈0.01).
